Their main products are Yong Tau Foo, Chee Cheong Fun, and Silver needle noodle or more popular known as "Lou Shu Fan" and also Steamboat which I presumed is served at night.
One basically choose their pieces of Yong Tau Foo, and upon passed on to their staff, they will be either fried, or boiled fresh, and will be served with soup.I liked how they put aside the fried items, from the soup, so that they are not too soggy when one is ready to eat.
Just look at their mouthwatering spead of Yong Tau Foo, which although same may be same as what other outlets offer for example beancurd, chilli, bittergourd, brinjal etc, but their offerings has many that I don't usually see offered by others.
I wish I could choose them all.. |
Don't they just look appetizing? |
Can't wait to start eating.. |
