Esquire Kitchen @ Tropicana City Mall

Running out of idea on where to go for lunch, Kelly and I were just driving around the other day, and ended up in Tropicana City Mall.

And since its been a long while since we last ate at Esquire, we decided to try it out the other day.

Ordered the ever popular flower bun, to go with the ever favorite Chicken Paprika. These 2 are the ever same dishes order since 10 years plus ago.. Hmmm.


Flower Bun. Price-RM3.60 @ 4pcs / RM0.90 per pc

The chicken cooked with dried chili, cashew nut, red onion and spring onion sets the right combination, however, I find the Paprika Chicken is over salty, even taken with the bun.

Chicken Paprika. Price-RM17

The other dish we ordered is the sze chuan turnip fried with pork. Part of this dish were overcooked ie. 'burnt'. Aiyaya!

Sze Chuan Sengkuang. Price-RM12

Also order the Siu Long Pao. But this really tasted awful. Maybe I was expecting something like what is served in Dragon-I, but this one here is like a 'dried-up' Siu Long Pao. Don't like this.
