Wang Chiew (103) @ SS2, PJ

I've heard much about Wang Chiew in which the Carat staff calls this area by 103. Took the CNY as reason for 'hoi kung' / start work meal.

The restaurant was indeed packed when we arrived, and we were lucky for there was 1 more table left, just for us.

Ordered the talapia steamed with ginger, and there were lots of it. The fish was also real fresh.

Talapia Fish. Price-RM22

The marmite pork rib was also real tasty. Yum yum.

Yau Mak. Price-RM8

The assam vege, which combines cabbage, long bean, taufoo, ladies fingers and brinjal was real appetizing, and went well as gravy to our rice.

Assam Vege. Price-RM9

The 3 ladies (Regine, Julie, Elaine) all cheery on the hot afternoon

My dear, Kim and I

Overall, the dish tasted close to home cooked food, and reasonably priced. Can't wait to be back here to try its other dishes.
And thanks to Regine that I also discovered a really good tasting chocolate chips cheesecake sold by a shop few lots away, that very same afternoon. ^-^
