Choy Kee @ Seremban

Keng, my old buddy from LB days was back to Malaysia for break, and all thanks to Facebook, we were in touch with Vinnie. As such, we arrange for a meet up at Seremban last Sunday.

After our drinks, we headed to Kedai Makanan Seremban, and were slightly disappointed as it is currently closed for renovation. The next recommended was Choy Kee which was on the same road.

Overall food quality here was alright, and not a place that would have me travel all the way though.

The 'kuai dao miu' tasted good, crunchy.
The salted chicken was a simple dish, and came to a point, we felt, it was a little tasteless.
The fried char siu it was fragrant enough.
The steamfish was good and extremely fresh. It was steamed with lots of ginger.

From top L clockwise : 'Kuai tau miu' vege, fried char siu, salty chicken, and steam fish

The BBQ crab was huge enough for us. The crabs are priced at RM50 per kg. It was aromatic, and has a very nice taste to it. The sauce concoction tasted good.. But somehow, still think the other 'competitor' does better in both the sauce concoction and BBQ crab.

Total bill came up to RM177, and thanks to Seremban 'Mui' and family.

Glad to see that everyone is doing well, and to have catched up after so long. ;)
